I took my car to Walmart for an oil change, and after the pre-inspection, Walmart qualified and not certified automotive technicians, put too much air in my tires and forgot to put the bolts back in my oil cover pan and as I was driving down the highway that covered pan dropped down And caught a groove in The highway and almost sent me off the road And hurt me really bad! Walmart initially acknowledged their negligence and initiated a process for my car to be fixed by their insurance company. Without an investigation or an examination of my vehicle, Walmart’s insurance company over talked My Wife An attempted to intimidate her while telling her they’re not paying for anything! Walmart supervisory department has stopped, taking our calls as the insurance company has blocked us from speaking with them! This is a reminder that Walmart does not care about customer satisfaction, but their own profit margin! I asked those to not allow Walmart to work on their cars for any reason, and to stop spending money At their department stores for attempting to defraud Consumers

Women's office clothes and dress shoes were limited in choices and sizes. Finally found acceptable items, took at least a half hour due to extremely limited choices and sizes

This is awfull nobody answers their phones. I finally got ahold of someone in the pharmacy to transfer me to the desk & she agreed with me, nobody answers the phone & i asked why & she said she had no idea.

walmarts options for clothing and shoes are ridiculous. Customers are rude and employees are even worse esp those stocking or doing the shopping for customer pickups. Yes you want to get those items and keep them happy but those guest in the store will spend more then those orders. The saying put of site out of mind applys here. The chance of a guest in store to impulse by or get items they weren't shopping for because they see it on sale is more likely to happen. You will not get that with online orders. So customer service is Key. Austintown is one of the worse and they better step it up because when meijers opens they will have a major competition they have more clothing and shoe choices and their customer service standards are higher and walmart prices aren't that great anymore. If it's not on sale it's no cheaper then anywhere else. Not impressed.
