“I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came here for a second opinion for a ring sizing and repair. The first place I went quoted me a whopping $1300 and a one month lead time. I came to Stanton and talked to Cheri and she got the job done in one week for a mere $130. I’ve since gotten a couple other rings sized and the work is always perfect.
This shop also has a really great mix of contemporary fine jewelry, as well as many beautiful vintage pieces, at a range of prices. If you’re looking for something unique, this is the place to go. (Also, bonus points for being a small, family-owned business!)”

She took the time to answer our questions and educate us about diamonds. We were also lucky to meet the owner Debbie; she helped us design an engagement ring that was unique and beautiful. The premises are classy, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s impossible to walk out empty-handed!”

“Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop.
I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio.
The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way.
Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all.
Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!”

I just wanted to say my daughter works at urban air near the pandora Store and she bought me a gold charm bracelet . unfortunately it’s wayyyyy too big . my daughter misplaced the receipt.
