Dan Robinson was the employee that assisted me with my computer issues and repair. The level of professionalism that was displayed was very impressive and very much appreciated. I was contacted and notified of both progress reports regarding the status of my repair, updates and confirmation of problem sources with specific information on what repairs were performed, as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality of my PC components if requested. My PC was repaired in less than 48 hours and, as I am currently typing this review from it, has been running exceptionally well.I highly recommend this company to any individual with PC related issues and I would recommend Dan to resolve any of these issues as well. “The service the Genius Bar gave me was extraordinary however i can’t give them 5 stars. It was nothing on their end but instead on apple themselves. I have an Iphone 13 pro which is what 3 years old now i believe? I went in for my phone randomly shutting off and my battery health being like 69%. Turns out my battery was swelling and it needed replaced. a $1000+ phone should last longer then 3 years.”

We didn't hear anything like we were told we would, so I talked to the GM Chuck while I was shopping and he was able to reach out to the delivery driver and call me later with a delivery window.
