I placed back in December for a hard to find RAM kit (knowing that the rampocalypse is currently under way) as a PC builder. I knew it was going to be a long lead time because of the RAM shortage, and that this was going to be a special order with no known ETA for when the kit would arrive. Jordan (my sales manager) has been remarkable to entire way through the process. They kept me updated and informed of my order, been proactive in taking action to make my experience as painless as possible, and going above and beyond to reduce any delays or price increases in my product arriving to me. I am happy to say I received my RAM yesterday, months ahead of the ETAs of other orders I had out for the same product with other suppliers. I have been impressed with the process of working with Comp Source and Jordan specifically. He provided fast responses, and understanding of not only events in the supply chain but also in empathizing with me as a customer waiting for a product. As a result of this experience I look forward to working with Comp Source in the future as a very satisfied customer.”

“Couldn't even get my phone fixed, but I dropped in as a walk-in to see if we could un-softbrick a phone with a broken power button that had somehow gotten turned off. He opened up the back and poked around in it for quite a while actually before concluding it probably wasn't possible without replacing the power button, and didn't even charge me. Recommend.”
