Went to this branch to deposit a check but was refused because it’s in a “Foreign Language”(Spanish), still USD though. I offered to translate, they said no. Not sure exactly why that’s an issue. Teller was polite, but Lorain branch does not have issues like this.

Worse customer service ever by the bankers like Elysa . She is rude and disrespectful.
