“I give HOTWORX 10/10. This style of infrared-heat workout truly delivers on all promised health benefits. The range of 15 and 45 minute timed classes is a huge plus to get you in and out, knowing you had a solid workout. Additionally, they have a a FX zone, as well. The facility offers 24 hour access, meeting anyones flexibility. Overall, it’s a great option rather used as an alternative or additive to gym goers, runners, body builders and more!”

“Great 24/7 Gym! My son and I joined in Dec. 23 and it's perfect for us. Medium size and all types of folks just looking for a good workout! Great location and never overly busy so we never wait for the equipment. Cardio, free weights and all the machines you need. Best deal is a 1yr membership and a 1 time $50 fee./ $300/yr. I added my son for only $15/month. Clean, friendly and layout is perfect. Classes or personal training are options as well and 1 class per month is included in your annual membership which is nice! Don't be thrown by 2 bad reviews I just read -as Pete I think is a reasonable guy who cares about his customers health goals. Can't make everyone happy nowadays I suppose?”
“I love that the YMCA provides a safe place for child to play and give them space to grown we haven’t made any friends yet but I’m hoping it provides that for my children so they can have better social skills and interaction with their peers”

“My son has been training here for over 3 years. He has grown immensely we are very pleased with his progress! The T3 facility is very clean and has an amazing staff that is willing to answer any questions you may have. They will help you with getting set up with the right person for your needs. The coaching/training staff is the best around. They also have adult classes to help keep you motivated for these active young ones. Definitely recommended for the family⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
