“Pros: spacious space, nice equipment with a good variety of options, not too crowded.Cons: it’s overpriced, not worth $45 a month. No showers, sauna, cardio theater or spinning room, no water bottle fill up stations, fitness classes aren’t included, no mirrors in the locker room. Only one stair master that doesn’t seem to work. (I love stair masters)Esporta fitness in westlake is $40 a month and it has everything I listed above plus a pool and child care center.Fireworks in Rocky river is $37 a month and also has everything I listed above.Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good gym and you can get an excellent workout - but it’s overpriced. Especially when you start comparing it to what’s around you. You can get more for your money elsewhere.”

“My 13 year old daughter has been going for less than a year and has achieved many accomplishments, including championships in school basketball, AAU, golf and track. She has gotten so much stronger, built muscle and self confidence. I attribute all of this to the team at Method. Most recently she was invited to the Ohio Sectionals for golf. The team at Method has been so supportive that they were one of my first phone calls to share the great news. If you or your child wants to take your game to the next level you must go to Method.”

“I went to Anytime Fitness in North Ridgeville. I used the Silver Sneakers program through my Devoted health plan. I met with Cam for an evaluation. He used a special machine to do a health scan. I told him I might need some extra help remembering everything. He took me through some strength exercises and then sat down with me and gave me some options: 1) Come in and just do the tread mill to get my steps in 2) hire a full time in-resident trainer, or 3) I could do group sessions with a trainer. I chose #3. I pay a very reasonable price to meet twice a week with a group of other ladies. I liked that idea. The place is small but they are in the process of expanding. Sanitation is a priority. And, if you join, your key fob works at any ATF facility around the globe.Sorry, no pictures, but they are on their website.”
