Associate said we had to order a scroll saw online and have it delivered to us. The website allowed us to order it and said it would be delivered at given address in 2 days. Within a few hours we received a order cancellation notice. Upon calling customer service number we were told the store associate was to order it and be picked up at the store. All these years in business and still inept.

Return policy changed April 1, would not shop there as a result. Don't buy anything extra. They will not return it. The whole reason they are still in business, the way it used to be so nice to buy there. Now never again.

I drove out of my way to go the avon Lowr's even though Elyria is closer. This is a very nice store, well staffed and stocked, clean, I just like it over all.

Great service here on 06/08/2024!! From Kurt at the Pro desk taking my order over the phone earlier in the week to the 4 different associates that handled my fence order!!! You guys should be proud of this store and how well you treat your customers!!!!

Went to lowes in avon,oh to buy some stuff for around the house. Couldn't find any employees. Than when I do find some there all grouped up standing around laughing away. Knowing it's hard for to walk around they don't even stop to ask if I need anything. Plus the store has a signal jammer. I have Verizon & T-Mobile services and none of them worked had to connect to there free wifi in order to use my phone. This store is worse than home depot. At least I get signal in there stores and I don't have to track down a employee for help. I will never come back to this location worst experience ever

For such a busy weekend, you would think they had employees working. Stood around the windows and doors desk for 20 minutes and not a soul. I want to flooring and the two people working there. One was with somebody and the other was standing around doing her best to avoid eye contact. I tried to use the help button but they took it away (pic). Need storm doors for my new house.
