Thankfully Verizon had a great phone replacement benefit for loyal customers. Staff was very helpful in getting the data transferred and any accessories needed”

“I walked into the Westlake AT&T store and was greeted by Shawn. Turned out Shawn was the manager of the store and a fine gentleman and very competent and knowledgeable about all products. I wound up upgrading my phone and obtaining a new Apple Watch. Shawn took care of the whole process with ease and in approximately an hour and a half had everything transferred and set up without any issues. I highly recommend anyone looking for AT&T service or products to use this Westlake store. I have been in other ATT stores and they do not compare to the service or attention given at this location.”
“This is by far the best store in Ohio! I walked in and asked Kenn to sale me on a phone (meaning… telling me about all the perks, positive's and negative’s) Kenn showed me 3 different types of iPhones… & explained the pros and cons) he had so much patience and answered all the questions that I had! Kenn also informed me on the other accessories that I could add to my plan for very little cost. Which was my new Apple Watch and iPad! I walked out of there paying less than 200 for the newest iPhone, newest Apple Watch and a iPad! You can’t beat these specials or customer service! These guys even found a way to get me a phone case and tablet case! #1 in customer service and support. Thank you again Kenn, you’ll forever be my go to guy when it comes to my phone or any other electronic devices.”
“I originally went to the store to change ownership of my phone. I had no intention on getting a new phone. However, with the outstanding customer service I received from Aisha and Jay I thought we would give it a try. I told them exactly what I wanted and they listened and not only delivered but went above and beyond what was needed. Both have an awesome personality. I’ve been with AT&T for several years and to be honest I thought about changed companies due to the poor customer service I had received the last few times at the West River location in Elyria. However, as long as I can deal with Aisha and Jay I will continue with AT&T. They are the way customer service should be. I cannot say enough good about either one of them. So if you are looking for a great experience check them out. Keep in mind there is only two people working so there could be a wait but it’s worth it!”

“Zoe was very patient and cordial in helping both my wife and I who are in our senior years and not quite up on technology in today's world, so that was a bonus for us both. One unfortunate thing is the transfer of data did not go well for my wife from old phone to new, her messages didn't transfer and she spent 2 plus hours trying to get her messages transferred from a Verizon technician over the phone with no luck.
Everything transferred from my old phone to new except the pictures that were attached to my messages on my old phone, unfortunately without checking my new phone at the store after the transfer of data before we left the store to be sure all transferred. Unfortunately I gave the sales person permission to clear my old phone of data. So, lessons would be to be sure to check your new phone after a transfer of data before leaving. Technology isn't perfect, but all in all I'm satisfied with my new s24, not sure my wife is though with her s24 ultra.”
