Laura was fantastic!
She went above and beyond to help us resolve a previous account error. Laura was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new deals and providing the necessary information to start our journey with Spectrum.
Thanks to her excellent customer service, we're excited to switch our mobile provider from our current provider to Spectrum.

I went to the Avon Ohio Spectrum store to return equipment. The representative was very kind and efficient. No wait time as you sign in and they call your name. Very convenient location.

Came in very unsure about what to do regarding Internet/TV and walked out feeling very well and prepared on what to do due to the help of Kaiden P. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and provided excellent and very friendly customer service, even going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. I would give Kaiden an 11/10 rating for helping us with our decision and thank him again, he is a rockstar!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the most rude and unprofessional customer service worker I have ever encountered. His name was Steve and he treated me like I was scum on the bottom on someone’s shoe. Im not sure if it was a racial thing or not but he was nasty from the moment he started talking. This individual was dismissive, condescending, and downright nasty in their interactions with me. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction or basic human decency. I would advise anyone to AVOID this location with this individual at all costs, as their behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. Shame on them for their lack of professionalism and common courtesy. He kept cutting me off and talking to me as if I was a dumb. Steven should NOT be allowed to work with people AT ALL! Save yourself from him and just got to the Elyria or North Olmsted where they have nice professional workers at!

Laura and Deb are absolute angels. After working with another client with communication barriers, they both stayed late over their shift to get us internet, which was not an easy task. They were so kind and I recommend anyone to their store!

Recently upgraded our home equipment so we had to return our old stuff. Deb was friendly and helpful made the transaction very easy. The line wasn’t more than 2-3mins.
