    Mekhi was a delight to work with. I am the worst technical person, and he was able to walk me through exactly what I needed and did not try to over sell me.     My cousin and I recently bought phones and switched to spectrum, we had Laura help us, she was so helpful, took her time and was very patient and when I had issues with my new phone Laura was so helpful to try to resolve the issue, I am so glad Laura was the rep that took care of me, and the one in the store I will go... read full comment

    Spectrum sent a technician out. This guy was great. He replaced all the connections and put a new modem in. So far so good I wanted to edit my original post and give them five stars because they did take care of the problem. I’ll keep an eye on it and keep this review updated
