“The manager Nate has an excellent attention to details, not just in the service of the automobiles but with the customers at the location receiving service. I watched as he deftly moved the service department along with tact and at the same time was able to answer a barrage of questions from several customers. All with a smile. A genuine and pleasant demeanor of assisting those I observed him interacting with while I was there at the Avon location. I live a hour and a half away with a firestone in my local area. I find myself adjusting my work schedule when I am in the Avon area to ensure the needs of my vehicles are serviced at this location. “Great place to buy tires. I called around for prices for 2 new tires for my car. Unfortunately, the sale prices are for 4 tires not two. I couldn't believe the difference in prices. One place quoted over a hundred dollars more then Costco.I ordered them online then had them sent to the Avon store. When they came in I received an email and scheduled my appointment online too.On the day of my appointment the employees were very helpful and explained everything to me clearly.They noticed I had 3 bad tire sensors and explained how to replace them. I also had a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it for free. Very happy with my visit.”
