“Up front and honest about how long it will take. When I picked up vehicle the gentleman was very friendly and kind! I put overpriced for oil change but this is not limited to Conrad’s. I used to get oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off for under $50. I would recommend Conrad’s Avon Lake!”

“We were on a little road trip when our tire blew. We made it off the highway and the first and closest thing we stumbled across related to cars was this place. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. They had no more deliveries for the day, so they sent one of their office staff to get the tires we needed. They got us together as quick as they possibly could. I mean the effort they put in for my family, I can't even put into words how blown away I am that they were so friendly and cared so much. “The electrical system on our Toyota Camry started acting up and the car wouldn’t start. I called Casey at Automotive Specialty Services. He recognized right away that the car needed a new battery. He was kind enough to send Brian to our house to replace the battery while the car was in the garage. It saved us a towing expense. I very much appreciate their customer service.”

“Great place! Came to get a nail removed and tire plugged. I worked with Brandon who told me it would be better to consider new tires altogether as mine are bad and would not last through winter. This I knew already, and as a poor person in this economy, I almost did not consider it. Checked to see if I could get financed. Got approved for a great amount on brand new tires that actually were already decently priced. So decently priced I went ahead and paid half up front. Staff was very thorough. Brandon gave me knowledge on my vehicle and Rich was thorough will the explanation of financing and payment. Everyone was kind and professional. They made me feel at peace about spending money I didn’t plan on spending for something I surely needed anyway. As soon as I drove away I could tell the different. I’m ready for CLE winters! “Highly recommend. Great customer service. Called this morning to make an appointment to install my new tires & was told to bring it in anytime and they’ll put them on. I went about an hour later and they had my tires on in about than 30 minutes. Excellent.”
“Apparently, four months ago, I was not in the right mental place for this place and I put a one star there was absolutely nothing wrong with their Service I had gone to a different place with a similar name and there was a lot of problems with them when I went to these people everything was fine. I actually just went back and got new tires. Unfortunately I had not got insurance on my one tire so I had to buy a new tire on top of the two that I already needed the sadness palatable. The only thing that I disliked is that they just put the tires on and they didn’t like make sure all four tires were the same pressure. I don’t know if they assumed or what but they didn’t make sure all four tires. I know they only worked on three, but I think that they should always check all four tires for same air pressure. No, I’m not going back today to fix that, but I think it should be common practice to double check that all four tires are at the same air pressure”

“Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.”
