Nothing but good things to say about Baltimore Ace Hardware. Always helpful, always have what I need. The young folks they have working there were very polite, courteous, and willing to help me find the right chain for my chainsaw. Three things that are huge in my book. I just bought a Stihl blower from Baltimore Ace Hardware. I wish I could give this hardware 6 stars. The whole experience was the best that I have had in a long time. I have always wanted to upgrad my blower to a Stihl. I have used Stihl equipment for over 30 years and the other products have been the best. My Ryobi blower finally gave up after having it for many years and I needed a replacement that day. When researching online, most brands even non-brand leaf blowers started at $199. The one I chose was a Stihl entry level one for $159. I bought it online from the Ace website. It was said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I didn't think that would be true. The hardware had it assembled for free and waiting for me in the time that the website said it would be done. When I arrived at the store, the clerk went back to get it and returned to the front of the store. My wife and I looked for a few other items and were very satisfied. It reminded me of my favorite hardware in Tarlton, Jone's Hardware, which is long gone. Don't go to a box store, make the trip to the Baltimore Ace Hardware, you will be completely satisfied. Also when I went to fill the blower up with fuel, the tank was full. I couldn't believe it! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Has a bunch of teenage kids working for him. Most of the time they have no ideas what you are talking about or how to answer your question. Have simply been hung up on more than once. Your lucky I gave it two stars. Don't just hire a bunch of pretty young things to work there. Hire some people who actually know hardware.

I called bc we has lost our sewer hose for our RV, big inconvenience for us of course. I called at least 15 places in the area to see if I could get one delivered. I called Baltimore Ace Hardware and the owner Rick was very quick to accommodate. I will say the customer service was superb!! Thanks so much for all the help.
