“One of the cheaper places, great promo for first month. I'm really disappointed that the website says 24 hours access but the signs all say access ends early, like 9 or 10 pm. I chose them BECAUSE of the 24 hours, but I'm not going to leave because of it. Also had a small confusion at move in, at noon on a Friday, and no one answered the door or doorbell at the office or my calls. I emailed and a very kind gentleman called from out of state, I assume customer service of some kind and explained what I needed after maybe 20 minutes. Overall hiccups have been manageable. Seems like they're going through an ownership change whichcould be the reason they happened in the first place
Adding - was contacted because of my review and told they DO have 24 hour access. Changing from 3 to 5 because of it and the rapid responses to email or calls. No one on site isn't a problem now that I know to just call the general number or email the help box. Clean, cheap, and responsive to everything I've asked so far.”

“Nice facility in safe location. Original owners sold to Rhino and Rhino reduced accessibility to your unit from 24hrs to 10pm! That's ridiculous considering that the entire facility is unmanned by people. The gate is cell phone app operable and the units lock and unlock with the app so you must have a smart phone to use for entry and exit. I loved that part because the facility is basically wired to prevent theft and whom enters and exits and what unit they access is logged via computer, so why limit your access to 10pm? Not everyone works 9-5 and for non climate controlled (cement floor with a garage door only) units that many are $100+ /mo you should be able to get something or drop something when you need to in my opinion. They recently had pest control place outdoor rodent catchers as most businesses have in place. I never saw any signs of rodents but this past summer my unit had quite a few spiders that invaded. It's bound to happen to some degree but there were more than you might expect to see dead inside the unit when I moved out. Not sure if that had to do with pest control or winter. You must empty unit and photograph your swept clean unit with date and time and email it to Rhino when ending rental so hours of operation would have no need to be reduced to half of my original leased unit. Hope this helps if you are looking...I like facts upfront when I make decisions ;)”

It had a few break ins in the past that caused it to lose customer's trust,but had regained me for sure. They have unique features that your unit opens on both sides for amazing access. Alsothere are varieties in sizing for everyone's storage needs.”
“We have rented 2 different styles of their units during our years living in Millersport. First was roughly very small... The unit looked spacious once inside but the access door was a bit smaller then the unit. Very easy to access and was accessable 24hrs a day. No Problems and had plenty of outside area lighting but zero lights inside either unit we have had. The 2nd unit was much bigger and after outgrowing the other size it was a relief. Still no electric or indoor lighting, but the size difference was amazing. I am gonna say it was about twice the size as our other unit. Still easy access, 1 key & lock provided & included in fees, 24hr access...PROS:Nice location, Great access, Various sizes, Well laid out, Large "garage style" doors to your unit, Staff is onsite & open 5+ days a week, Prices are market value for the regionCONS:No electricity to units that I know of, there is usually a waiting list to get a unit, Staff are not the most friendly, Only provide 1 key included in fees, No security fence or gates, not even sure if there is security cameras or how much they would cover, as far as I know they didn't/don't offer dollies or boxes and or other moving/storage supplies to buy or rent...If they had gate, fences, & electricity access (not necessarily inside the units but close enough for an extention cord to use wile we are at the units organizing or moving in or out). Then I wouldn't have any problems giving them 5*****Still a good place to have for renting storage units for all your junk, excess clothes, tackle boxes & fishing poles, a car if need be, maybe a boat that needs stored indoors, beach toys or other dohickies, excess electronics, seasonal decorations, shoes, tubs of paperwork, old taxes forms or other paperwork, your baseball card collection, or that LEGO Masterpiece taking up to much room, remote control cars & other vehicles like drones or trucks or hobby trainsets, your old Hotwheels that take up to much space at home, and just about anything else...”

“WOW! Having some renovation work done and needed a place to stash things to clear the work area. Online ordering and scheduling was quick and easy. The U-Boxes were delivered by a super-friendly, super-efficient mother-daughter team who put them exactly where requested, explained how to open and lock. U-Haul apparently has a training initiative that helps women get their A license to drive the larger delivery trucks and it was so cool to see two women drive up and get the job done! So impressed and happy with pricing, delivery and service. Highly recommended!”
