“Shout out to Cody at O'Reilly's I needed a rear wiper blade for my car and Honda made more than one kind of clip for my car. Cody looked it up and the one the computer said would work, didn't work. It would not connect to my car. Cody went out of his way to find someone else in the store to help him figure it out. He was quick, courteous and apologized for pulling the wrong one. EXCELLENT service and he went all in to make sure I got the right one. He knows how to treat his customers!!! He stayed right there talking to us, laughing and keeping the situation light and friendly even though he pulled the wrong part. He made it easy for us to wait for another associate to track down the right one. O'Reilly's for the win!!!”
