We have taken our vehicle here on many different occasions but the most recent was for rack and pinion replacement. Due to the quality work, honesty & pricing; they can get busy depending on the day but IF there is a couple jobs ahead of you, it's worth the wait. If there were a months worth of jobs ahead of us, we would still wait for Dewey's to handle the work. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do!!”

“My car was making a rattling noise when I would accelerate. I took it to a different local shop that told me it was my heat shield but that my catalytic converter looked bad and would need replaced soon. They suggested Barberton Muffler as they said it would costs me $2000-3000 just for the part not including labor at their shop. I finally took it to Barberton muffler today and they showed me what needed to be fixed and welded. They did it in an hour for $150. They showed me the work afterwards. They checked over the rest of my car as well which I really appreciated. Excellent work, done in a timely manner, and at a good price. They didn’t charge me extra or try and talk me into work that I didn’t need done either.”

“Every time I come here they re-earn my business. Not your typical quickie oil change place either. They either spend a lot on training their employees or they only hire well qualified folk. Either way, it doesn't matter what vehicle I bring they know it and how to quickly get the job done.The best part for me is their communication amongst each other and with the customer. Very courteous and respectful. Love that they have you watch as they ensure the drain plug and filter are tight and that everything is reassembled correctly. Wish everyone did this.This last visit they didn't have the filter for my vehicle. So, what did they do? Probably not what you would expect. They explained everything, apologized for the inconvenience, put the old filter back in, put new oil in (they had already drained it before they realized they didn't have the filter), ordered the filter, and are going to call when the filter comes in. Charged me nothing and gave me a free car wash to boot. Mind you this is a 2023 Hyundai Sonata N-Line not purchased at Fred Martin and my first visit with it and my first visit in almost a year. So, no compelling reason to do this other than it was the right thing to do.That folks is how you run a business and earn customer loyalty. I don't review often but when I do it's because the business deserves it. Definitely the case here and I sincerely appreciate their approach and professionalism. Thank you! Look forward to coming back for future service needs.”

Mike went above and beyond to meet my stringent budget requirements. Despite me being out of state and financing the car with my bank, the process was smooth and efficient.
