“Napa is far better than the economy parts store chains. I called for a part and they didn't have it in this store but it was in stock at a neighboring city store. 2 hours later they had the part I needed. Had it brought from the other store in no time. People don't realize how valuable the local Napa auto parts stores are, or what a huge network of stores and warehouses they have. It will be a very sad day if we ever lose the Napa auto parts stores for everyone. Their parts are better quality than the economy stores offer. Why try to save a few pennies and end up with an inferior quality part? P.S. the economy store price is not always lower than the quality parts from Napa! The value is never as great when you get inferior quality, no matter the price.”

“I needed to replace the batteries in my powered wheelchair before leaving on a trip. I called the store and they confirmed selling the batteries I need. When we got to the store, the technician was unable to remove the housing over the batteries. We then went to a local retailer of wheelchairs and they removed it but did not have replacements. When we returned to Batteries+ they were very professional and polite.”

“2003 XLT 4.0 V.6 on the review for precision fuel pumps perfect fit everything works I know where to go now it's still the price wasn't that bad considering my options I fell into like the second tier when it comes to fuel pumps and this is worth it it's everything in it that it was supposed to be be careful when taking off your your lock ring as well I broke mine and I was able to go to pull apart take a locker in like a Ford edge ranger perfect fit save myself a few dollars there as well but everything all is well I would highly recommend if you have a ranger 2003 rock and roll with it or even an edge I would of took a picture but I didn't know how my experience overall considering all”
“Shout out to Cody at O'Reilly's I needed a rear wiper blade for my car and Honda made more than one kind of clip for my car. Cody looked it up and the one the computer said would work, didn't work. It would not connect to my car. Cody went out of his way to find someone else in the store to help him figure it out. He was quick, courteous and apologized for pulling the wrong one. EXCELLENT service and he went all in to make sure I got the right one. He knows how to treat his customers!!! He stayed right there talking to us, laughing and keeping the situation light and friendly even though he pulled the wrong part.
