“Just went in for the first time under new ownership and want to say that , they have done an amazing job at keeping the spirit of this place alive. I ended up speaking with the gentleman and he answered so many different questions for my daughter and I And was very knowledgeable In local laws pertaining to which animals you can and cannot own as well as good recommendations for starter pets. There are not many business owners that are willing to give you dedicated time like this.. Also, it is worth noting that while I was here. Everything looked extraordinarily clean and well taken care of & I did not see a single animal or a living creature in disarray.

Wait! Don't buy any live animals from ANYWHERE ELSE other than this amazing store. They love their pets, be it fish, turtles, lizards, you name it. The couple that owns this place works at this place. They bust their butts to make sure all of their lovable living creatures are well taken care of and cared for. I've personally bought betta fish from here, leopard geckos, green anoles, goldfish, mice and plecostomus. every single thing I have bought from here has lived for a very long time! in comparison I have bought betta fish and leopard geckos from other places, and they were either sick, had something wrong with them, or didn't live very long at all. they are very very knowledgeable and can answer pretty much any question about any animal / pet they have and even a lot of questions about ones they don't carry. They're reasonably priced, very friendly, very helpful, and they're one hundred percent honest with you. They also have very awesome little kits/bundles for fish and reptiles and makes this a great place to go if you are a first-time pet owner as well. Last time I was in there they have two parrots and a really giant turtle that have been alive for as long as I can remember, you can tell they love them very much. Not trying to bash or put down other pet stores but there is a serious difference when you go here, so much so that the life of your animals are affected, and in a positive way. I recommend this to any and everybody. When you shop here you're not just contributing to the sales of a massive corporation, you are contributing to the sales of a locally-owned store. they legitimately care about the welfare of their animals, and so should you. If you've never been here, swing by and check it out!”

“When I first started going to Copley feed and supply when I lived in Copley I no longer live in Copley I live across town but I will go and drive across town to go to Copley feed and supply because I have slowly love that story. I get my Kentucky bluegrass seed from there and they are really the only place I can find dog collars that buckle and not clasp”

“Attending Diamond Cut Dog Grooming School was eventful. Nancy and Doug were incredibly helpful, patient, and truly invested in helping me succeed. The school’s hands-on training and their many years of experience gave me real confidence and knowledge that puts me ahead as I begin my career. Day two you are grooming dogs! Yes, you read that correctly on day two you start learning and implementing what you learned on clients they have by yourself. They are there to guide you and talk you through it but they want you to do it. For me hand-on leaning was the best and I’m so thankful not only for the education I received, but for the lifelong mentors I gained along the way. I know Nancy and Doug are just a call away.”

“Morty's is a darling store for dogs, and there's a small area for cats. Everything for dogs is here. Bring your dog! I liked the machine that makes tags for your pet. It's a great gift idea. All kinds of foods, treats, doggie gifts, and novelty items I'd never seen are here. The clerk was very kind and knowledgeable. Check it out on Front Street.”

“Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. You can tell the staff members genuinely care about your dog and their progress. So far, I’ve participated in the puppy class and am currently in the beginners class. Both classes have had wide varieties of breeds and owners & I’ve seen improvements with all dogs participating in the classes. Even if you know the basics of dog training, the structure of the class schedules and training materials that are provided have been extremely helpful and we’ve learned even more than I expected. If you follow the instructions, you’ll have a well-behaved dog. The classes are a solid combination of instructional time, training demonstrations, and time to practice the commands with your dog. There is also time for Q&A and they’ll provide hands on assistance and demonstrations for any specific issues you may be having. The puppy class included all types of information, such as basic commands training, potty/crate training, first aid, safety tips, grooming, and overall basic manners. The beginners class has continued to build on my dog’s leash, command, and impulse control skills. It’s a fun time to bond with your dog. My dog looks forward to going inside as soon as he realizes we’re in the parking lot. The facility is clean, spacious, and there’s a fenced in outdoor potty area in the back for any as-needed breaks. Definitely recommend them to everyone!”

“This pet store is well worth stopping by! There aren't many family run pet stores left. The owners are such nice, genuine people. They are a small business, but they carry a little bit of everything and have something for all types of pets. I don't know much about the animals they sell in store or where they are sourced from so if you are looking for a pet, I would give them a call or stop in to inquire further. They seem to mainly specialize in fish, small pets like guinea pigs, hedgehogs, and hamsters, and small birds. They carry a small selection of reptiles. They have rats and mice but I do not know if they sell them as pets or just feeders. I do know that they breed rodents and supply live and frozen feeders. I love that they carry Kalmbach feed, a high-quality brand made right here in Ohio. Chain pet stores do not carry it, and feed mills or the few farm stores that carry it make you special order that feed in and buy it in 50lb bags. Morrison's Pets sells the feed in smaller quantities as well for very reasonable prices. They also carry high-quality bedding. I used to purchase frozen feeders from RodentPro and other brands but frequently saw signs of previous thawing and re-freezing (which is dangerous), freezer burn, and that the rats/mice were quite dirty. The feeders I got from Morrison's Pets were incredibly clean and healthy looking with nice plush fur, and they did not smell bad. That is very telling about how their feeders are raised and kept. Their feeder prices were also great. I will continue to buy from them from now on!”

“We have a bit of a unique situation with one of our dogs and the grooming salon, especially including Jayden (sorry if I misspell), handled it so well and gave our girl so much love.

Our dog is a puppy mill rescue. She was a breeder for three years and her initial experiences with people weren’t all that positive because of that. The first time we took her to PSP for grooming she had an anxious reaction of some sort, which I happened to witness since I was early to pick her up. To say I was nervous for her next groom is an understatement, but we selected the express service on the suggestion of a manager and my family decided that, since I would be available, we’d request that I stayed with her in case anything happened this time. They graciously gave me a chair and I was so pleased to see how gentle and patient they were with Luna, giving her space to calm down when needed and even avoiding bringing the table up very high, in case that was part of her stress last time. Luna had no problems and both staff members were beyond kind and understanding. We will happily bring her back. Thank you to the groomers that were there for Luna’s groom on 7/30, y'all are amazing and I really appreciate how much you cared for our girl! Dog tax included, she looks amazing.”

“So far so good. I’ve had issues with this location in the past but never had any problems with the animals they’ve sold me. Their customer service has definitely stepped up their game. My kids and wife picked this betta up who seemed happy and energetic. I went to petsmarts for some cheaper plant options and their bettas looked absolutely miserable and they were packed in the smallest deli cups. I will continue to shop this location for any future aquatic or reptile pets.”

“I don't know this area very well, but this is one of the best Pet Supplies Plus locations I have visited. The cat food selection is complete, and everything I am looking for is always in stock. Whoever is the manager probably knows his or her inventory very well. The staff members are all nice. Like proactively nice. Also, I brought one of my kitties to the VIP Petcare clinic for a vaccines-only appointment, and it was a great deal. I like that I was not asked for tip. How refreshing to not be asked to tip for something that does not deserve any tip. Amazing. Anyway, great.”

“I’ve been coming to this store for about a year now. Every experience I’ve had with store employees has been nothing short of awesome. One employee has gone above and beyond in my eyes and that is Andrew the education and learning lead. On two separate occasions I’ve come in and asked various questions relating to my dog’s, training, hygiene and dietary needs with him being able to help answer my questions on all fronts. It’s a pleasure to be served by him and I will definitely continue to be a patron here.”

“They had an enormous bag of poop rocks for the smelly cats that seem to keep multiplying around my house as the years go by, and it was a reasonable price. While most of the stuff that you would expect to be cheaper than say a regular department store is actually more expensive, there are at least 3-4 items in the store that are cheaper. If you're into overpaying for literally everything else for your pet, this is the place for you to pull out your black card and find out if it truly has no limit, or if they just told you that to sell you the card.

I make 21 bucks an hour and I can't afford to shop at PetSmart, so you must have one heck of a good job if this is your regular spot.”
