“I recently took my 2011 Mazda CX-7 to Jim and Sons for a transmission rebuild. They came highly recommended and I can definitely see why! They stand behind their work they were diligent in diagnosing and fixing a noise problem that I encountered after the initial rebuild. All of this was under the warranty and covered. They also provided a loaner car for me. I can't say enough good things about Max, Dan, Steffi and Tiffany. They treated me like family. I was very confident every step of the way that they were going to stand behind their work. I've never dealt with an auto service shop that treated me so fairly and went above and beyond! “Major work on my 2011 Cadi DTS
I had major leaks all over my Cadi with the Northstar engine. Leaks from pan gasket, valve covers, pwr steering, transmission and needed front suspension and steering work. Matt and his team did a phenomenal job. No more leaks and drives like a brand new car.”

“I took in my 2003 Ford Ranger that had a clutch pedal that would not fully release clutch at times. Silver creek Repair test drove truck for a few miles that showed no problem with clutch. I then drove it and confirmed that all was working fine. Silver creek did not charge me at all and I drove it home knowing I don’t need a $1300 clutch. Once home I checked on clutch cable that had some corrosion and lubricated with wd40 at corrosion part of cable.
Don’t know if this will help preventing any future cable problem cable sticking but I have to thank Silvercreek for their honesty by not putting in a clutch that was not needed. Silvercreek Repair needs to me complimented for their honesty and integrity!

“My car started getting very hard to shift between gears. I finally set up an appointment at the Akron location when it began having issues actually showing what gear it was in. I'd go to start it and it would show park on the dash, but wouldn't crank at all and I'd have to shift to reverse then back to park to get it started.
Within 2 business days, Waterloo transmission had it diagnosed as the transmission range sensor causing all of the issues. They had the part ordered and replaced it. I was amazed at how smooth and simple it is to move the shifter now. I'm going to need to train my body to be more gentle when putting it into different gears because I just about ripped the shifter off putting it into park when i got home. Apparently I was way more accustomed to the difficult shifting for longer than I thought.
If I ever need transmission service in the future, Waterloo Transmission is my new go-to shop!”

“When my 40ft Aclass RV needed a entire new engine this spring PTS was one of the very few shops anywhere that would take on the huge job. The crew there did an amazing job, really seemed to take the time to do it right. They researched and found the right parts, not just the cheapest after market ones. They went over everything with care and professionalism rarely seen these days. The almost 500 mile drive home went smooth and perfectly. This was no simple corner garage job, and it was done right.
