“A couple months ago I brought in my ford Taurus for a transmission overheat concern, I dropped the car off at night and the following day Ziad and his technicians looked over the car and called me to drive the car for another week to give him more info and data he can work off of. I brought it back to him and was prepared to spend thousands and wanted to just get a new transmission but Ziad recommended a much cost effective route and reassured me it was a good way to go, I went ahead and had him do the work on the car and it’s been months with zero issue and my car is running great. They inspected all the parts and rebuilt the trans in the new case and even cleaned/ painted it nicely all within just a few days. It looked great-shifts and works just like before. “They took me for a walk in oil change, saw a couple of things that need fixed. No high pressure. Told me which was most important. I like them best because they listen and help prioritize. I never feel as if they treat me differently because I’m female and don’t know anything. I usually work with Mark, but ALL of the employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a gem of a garage hidden right in the middle of Wadsworth. What a relief to not depend on a car dealership!!”
