After realizing I had a large bolt in my tire, I called Joe’s to see if they could squeeze me in that day. Ryan answered the phone, and despite it being 10 minutes to quitting time on a Friday afternoon, he was more than willing to get our problem taken care of. I'm from Maryland and got gas before getting on freeway in Ohio. While getting gas I also picked up a 2 inch screw in my tire. I went back to Joe's tire and they took my car in right away. In less than 20 minutes I was on my way home again! They were nothing but friendly and fast, I appreciate their quickness very much.
