“This is literally the only business in the small town of Gypsum. This post office in particular is my favorite because of the awesome postmaster Karen. Karen is very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond her job duties, and she is the bright spot in my day.”

“Good experiences at this Tippen branch in Pensacola. But the USPS automatic menu system is a problem, I had to continually reply to menu choices options again and again. I made it clear that I was waiting to talk to representative. Finally after 12+ minutes I was given the option of a CALL BACK at my phone number. I understand menu options can help some people but after I clearly repeated many times that I was waiting to talk to a representative, I don't need constant menu choices and options. If I don't reply to these options the phone call will probably end, and then I will have wasted my time up to that point.”
