About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service provides helpful and patient staff, with good experiences reported at a specific branch. Staff are understanding and allow customers to complete necessary tasks. The place is considered good. Prices have been revised recently, with a large flat rate box costing around $22.80. However, the automatic phone menu system is a noted problem, requiring repeated replies to menu choices and making it difficult to reach a representative, which can waste time. A callback option is sometimes provided after a long wait.
