Not bad for the only store within 20 min. Always seems to be understaffed and could be more organized but in this economy they do pretty good with what they can.

Lacey at the newtonsville Ohio location was the best with helping me find things and checking me out, not to mention brought my sunglasses out to my car because I left them on the counter. Thanks again Lacey!! Bobbie
