“I go to the Batavia store pretty much anytime I need something from Dollar Tree. I will pass 3 stores to get to the Batavia store. It is by far the cleanest and has the best staff!! The manager, Carla, is so very sweet and always knows the answer to any question I have. Robin is another person that is so knowledgeable and super sweet. I know I am going to have a great time when I see them working!!! Diane is amazing too! BEST store that I have been to!!!! GOOD JOB LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside was clean and the isles were stocked and I found what I was looking for easy enough. Would have given five stars if the cashier had been nicer. I greeted her and asked how she was doing and she basically ignored me and I thought well ok perhaps she didn't hear me, so when I was leaving I told her to have a good day and I got nothing back! How rude lady, and I know she could speak because I heard her talk with a coworker.”

“Actually it was pretty good experience today. I was making a return today and it all went very well. And while I was there I was gathering some items up to prepare a wellness basket for a couple of friends of mine. I found a pretty plastic bowl. A couple of summit healthy snacks, I know they like. And while they did carry some brands of tea they just didn't have the one particular brand of tea and flavor that my friend was fond of. Other than that it went great! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes.”

“Really wish anyone would answer the phone please! It’s 915pm and nobody is answering.. I’m just hoping in seriousness they are actually with a customer?? No joke i know there’s good people and maybe they have a couple people in line but i just hope at least overall employees are more monitored than not regarding customer service overall.
