“The facility is secure and the units are as described, the location was very close to Asheville and worth the money. The 24/7 team were very helpful setting up the unit, and Maria was absolutely wonderful when it came time to give notice, and the process in terms of photographing The unit with the keys and lock etc. She deserves a big tip from bolt, she represented the company very well. Would definitely use them again.”

“This summer we used Cherokee self storage to store our belongings from our house in Maine and then to store our boat. After the first two loads were in the unit we knew we couldn't put the boat in there so I called for our options. We thought at the time only indoor units were available and were willing to spend the extra extra money for it. So our boat and belongings would be safe. When I called to I quite about more storage I spoke with Joe and he was amazing. We went through several options because I didn't know how much more stuff my husband was bringing and Joe was willing to go above and over the call of duty to make sure we had the appropriate amount of storage without having to spend an arm and a leg. Rather than let us just go with the indoor unit he had an outdoor space available for much less and offered that to us right away. He was such a pleasure to work with, as well as the woman we first met when we started our storage journey.
