  I'm so glad I chose Tiger's Lair two years ago. Master James Howard does an excellent job teaching his students the proper techniques, forms, and discipline as they advance through their belts. The traditional training is very appreciated!

  This is one of the last traditional martial arts schools in the state where you can find quality martial arts training combined with an exciting environment for people of all ages. I fully endorse Tigers Lair and all of their instructors.
