“Our Nissan Rogue was not accelerating correctly. We took it to our regular mechanic who found nothing wrong (but charged us $87 for labor) and said it could be the transmission ($$$). We took it to Cottman in Batavia and they identified the problem as a burned out fuse. They replaced the fuse and didn't even charge us for checking out the car or the fuse. Highly recommend.”
“I bought a 2007 Dodge caravan back in April, now this is December 31st and I just had my major issue about a week ago. The alternator went out. I got it fixed and was very pleased that I went that long before I had any issues at all. They worked with me they did a wonderful job getting me in this vehicle when I really needed one. I am very pleased and would recommend this car lot to anyone. They are honest and they will tell you if they know anything's wrong or if it's not wrong.

“Was very happy with the service I received today. As a woman you know how hard it can be to find a fair and honest auto shop. I called up to see if I could get my car in today and Chris answered the phone. I explained my dilemma to him and he was understanding and kind. I was able to get my car in at 3pm and at about 3:30pm I received a call from Chris Explaining that my back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I would say it was normal wear and tear, but I know better ;) and Chris and I joked about it. He said that they could probably get the work done today and if not Tomorrow at the latest. I was impressed, then the dreadful “well how much is this gonna cost” question came up. I was surprised to find that I was not going to have to pay a price so high that I felt it for the next few months. And believe me, I’ve been quoted some pretty ridiculous prices over the years with my many car repairs. I told him to go ahead and start the work and by 5 PM The work was done. I was able to go and pick up my car. I appreciated how friendly Chris was when he greeted me for the first time in person.. I’m giving a good review to this store because I believe people should know there are still decent people out there and do great work. I would recommend this place to anyone and will continue to use them for all of my auto needs as I’m sure there will be more. Thanks again Chris I appreciate you.”
