They need to let the US Bank Corp know that they are open. The Eastgate location on Old 74 does not show up when looking for a US Bank location.
The branch has usually been okay when I need to go to the location. I don't like the changes in the lobby, as though they are discouraging people to come in person.

So happy that my branch has reopened after a fire! These folks have the best customer service, bar none. Friendly and they know their stuff.
