The branch might be okay but don’t use any US bank.Moved here from out of state and opened an account a month ago. Lived here for a month so no my drivers license doesn’t have my current address but I brought a bill. Was told everything would be fine: deposited checks, orders checks, and activated our cards. Now there is a hold on the account ( which apparently is normal for this bank; this sure isn’t normal for other banks) I can’t access my money and my direct deposits will bounce. Been on hold for a while now. This is incredibly disappointing.Edit: the hold happened a month after we created the account. If there was an issue, we should’ve known long before. I’ve moved states multiple times. I can confidently say this isn’t a normal thing for other banks. Also never got a person: Was on hold for 30 minutes then it hung up. At this point, the bank is holding our money for no real reason and if it isn’t resolved soon we’ll have to seek legal counsel.

This bank will straight up steal your money and claim you have been flagged for fraud and refuse to do anything to help other than blame and gas light you.

Everytime I've visited this branch with my mom (or on her behalf), the experience was easy, efficient, with accurate results. And who ever assisted us (or me) was friendly and knowledgeable. They've helped with account updates after my dad died, notorizing of legal documents that another large bank turned into a monumental situation, and recently with depositing large checks. That transaction was done in about 5 minutes.

Definitely need to advertise that you DO NOT let a person walk in and open an account! . I took off work an hour early and then was asked by the teller why wouldn’t I call them to be accommodated. It’s a freaking walk in bank and we already have one account with you! NOT FOR LONG…..oh and that accounts been with you for at least 15 years! Very very bad customer service

Heather and the whole team there have been great. Yes, I get aggravated with some new rules that all banks follow like scheduling appointments to open accounts, or deposit boxes, scheduling most stuff now due to industry regulaton changes, lobbies being closed due to being short staffed cause most want to live off still-continued, increased unemployment benefits, and the like. But Heather and that crew have been helpful+ wherever they can.EDIT: Oh yeah, plus you still get to them by dialing number provided and pressing 3. Not many banks can claim that thes days.

Old school banking. Bank teller named Heather told me to “stop talking” when I was having a conversation about an issue with my account. Very rude, multiple issues over the years. Time to close this account.

US bank has always been good to me but I highly recommend Jasmine Muchmore. She helped me refinance my mortgage that I thought I would be stuck in forever I had a good rate but bad company. I was promised a lot up front and was doubtful based on previous experience trying to refinance, but in the end I got even better than promised! And It was relatively hassle free. Great experience

ATM is broken. Back when I first started with U.S. Bank if the ATM was broken or if they failed to deliver five star service in anyway then they would add five dollars to your bank account. Now that they've removed their guarantee a five-star service their services now one star. They are a greedy bank that doesn't care about keeping the facilities properly operational. The ATM is broken and ruined and I can now not complete my transaction at all.
