“I grew up near this Market as a kid, and now as an adult I work nearby and it's a great spot for fresh meat, be it deli or butchered. I recently ordered a rolled pork loin, yes I know I can filet it myself, but with my schedule it's easier to have a butcher do it. It came perfectly prepped and vacuumed sealed for freshness. They went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend!”

“I've been coming here for drinks for over a decade, always a great experience until a new employee was hired within the past month. They are very unwelcoming and cold with customers. Again, Simone's is the best spot in Lakewood for beer and liquor but this new hire is really hurting the culture of the place”

“We go here to have drinks once in awhile, and utilize the drive thru for beverages and things. The staff is always friendly even when the bar is packed. We never feel rushed to leave at last call as they close at 10pm. It's always a nice vibe there”

“My visit on Saturday, July 26 was my first time there. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked but signage could be better. The young man working the afternoon I was in was not friendly and seemed indifferent to helping the customers who were there. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I worked in retail for over 30 years and in retail, you don't get to have bad days. I would definitely go back, but hope someone else is working the next time I go in.”
“I couldn’t find a particular red wine a friend had bought me. I called Red, Wine and Brew and they special ordered it for me and it was ready for pick up 4 days later. The store was very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend!”

“I stopped in for a lotto ticket today. I ended up hitting on my $10 ticket for $100. The gentleman working the register was polite and friendly. A lot of stores will give you a hard time for trying to cash a lotto winner. But this guy didn't even flinch. He busted the drawer right open and handed me the cabbage. No hassle at all. The store was very clean. I like this store. Their selection of lotto tickets was YUGE, their beer selection was on point. Even though i wasn't slurrping any cold brewskis tonight, i still made my bedroom eyes at the selection they had. Almost paradise. Don't be left out. So if you're in the area, and you wanna punk out old ladies or whatever, or anything else cool, this is where you must stop and resupply yourself. Let's play a game- Ne_'s is Aw_som_!”

“It's what it is, I'm not sure how they select what liquors will be available at a given location, but it does make it hard to just pop into any location to find what you want, Nolet Gin, Far West Campfire, Don Julio 1942 are all examples that are hot-or-miss. The strangest thing I've seen is a very low budget local carrying high-end products (Sapell's Bi-Rite).”

Also the owner makes some of the most amazing salsa I've ever had (in the short display cooler between the beer and wine), and I'm from California! I also was able to find some liquor that's often harder to find! This location is a gem! Wish I lived closer but I'll still be back!”
