“Kathy at the Avon Heinens in the wine section is an absolute star! We needed a specific wine for a client site visit, which apparently was way harder to find than I realized. Kathy made it her life’s work to hunt it down for a week lol. She conquered the challenge and had it in the door 6 days later. “Aldi in general has been a lifesaver to me and my family as long as I can remember, their commitment to keeping prices low is appreciated.
This location is preferred for me. The employees are always hard at work and eager to help if you have a question. Self checkout is easy and convenient if you choose to use it.
My one and only complaint about Aldi is that some products I really enjoy have a way of disappearing from their stock for long periods of time. But that’s not so bad as it encourages me to try other products they offer, they’ve never let me astray.”
“My wife and I frequently shop the North Olmsted location, and we frequently have experienced excellent shopping conditions, culture, and positive interactions with staff members. Not to mention the products! Earlier today, I was shopping at Aldi in North Olmsted, and I experienced OUTSTANDING customer service. Above and beyond customer services, actually. I observed/experienced no less than 3 employees going above and beyond during my shopping experience. Thank you to them! Other shoppers were also experiencing and benefiting from the 3 employees professionalism and well above average customer service being exemplified. I was shopping around 10 am this morning 7/18. “I bought an item from here and should have gotten a discount on it, but something went wrong and the discount was not applied at checkout. I never even noticed. I woke up the next day to an email, from a real human being, explaining that they had caught the error and already refunded me for the full purchase price of the item. What other company, grocery store or otherwise, is taking customer service this seriously in this day and age? I was so impressed. They carry so many great products, best quality produce and meats around, employees seem genuinely happy to be there and are always friendly and helpful... and then you've got awesome customer service like this too? Wow! How do I give you 10 stars? I never want to shop anywhere else ever again. Please never change!”

“Went here tonight for pupusas! It was a very cute restaurant, bright and happy. Our server was also friendly. The pupusas were really good! They were around $6 each, great value! Lots of filling. I highly recommend the birria ones. I was full after 2, but a guy or a very hungry person could definitely eat 3.”

“Love the CLEANLINESS of ALL Heinen's store you're absolutely paying for the amenities they offer, however, the offset for the prices are simply this you're paying for what you get, you get what you're paying for. They have what I believe HIGHERstandards than ANYother grocer I have shopped at.
I believe they offer a shopping assistant when requested,car loading, groceries delivered to my house,from an employee not a company. It's a personal choice to me to keep my groceries to be picked by a local person thats paid from them to
assist me.
If indeed you want concierge services, and spectacular array of services it would be Heinen's!
