“1st Commonwealth Bank's downtown Massillon Branch is truly outstanding! They alerted us immediately to several $10 to $20 online purchases that...'just didn't fit us'. Within a 1/2 hour, our Angels at 1st Commonwealth had everything taken care of, as well as a new debit card on it's way to us.

“Disabled veteran, on a fixed income; notaries at UPS is $5, per signature. I was pleasantly surprised, when I learned SSB offers free notary signiture verifications. I had four signatures; $20, may not seem much. For me, it removes that much from my food budget. Ask for Richard!”

“At the ATM, the touch screen is beautifully lit up and easy to use, but first, you still have to key in your PIN on actual buttons on the machine where the touch screen isn't located and they are in the dark (at night) and it is not a good set up.
Everything else is great, though, and I love this bank”

“I went to First Fed in Dover and was blessed to get Kylie Austin. My business account was hacked at my other bank and they were not helping much. I decided to switch banks which is very hard to do with a business account and credit cards processing every day.

“I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give more. My wife and I had an account recently comprimised and we had to wait a while before our funds were restored and had an unknown charge placed on our new account. We were thinking "Here we go again". Fortunately I had gone to the Chase Bank branch in Massillon where Diane Buonaspina and Shelli Caplea were there to help me figure out what was going on. They were patient and thorough in addressing my concerns and eventually we were able to determine what the issue was.I've been a Chase Bank Customer since 2011 and have worked with these ladies over the years, Always friendly and always willing to help when there is any sort of a problem or question.Day in and day out they provide consistently excellent service and represent the absolute best of their profession and industry and provide a valuable service to the local community at large.
