My wife and I had an account recently comprimised and we had to wait a while before our funds were restored and had an unknown charge placed on our new account. We were thinking "Here we go again". Fortunately I had gone to the Chase Bank branch in Massillon where Diane Buonaspina and Shelli Caplea were there to help me figure out what was going on. They were patient and thorough in addressing my concerns and eventually we were able to determine what the issue was.I've been a Chase Bank Customer since 2011 and have worked with these ladies over the years, Always friendly and always willing to help when there is any sort of a problem or question.Day in and day out they provide consistently excellent service and represent the absolute best of their profession and industry and provide a valuable service to the local community at large.
