Aloft Cleveland Beachwood is a chic, trendy, and exceptionally clean hotel. The rooms are great, well-maintained, updated, and spacious with a nice setup. They feature all hardwood floors, a walk-in shower, a comfy bed, and a clever sliding bathroom door. The property is very clean and quiet. The staff is generally great, providing amazing and welcoming customer service, with several instances of staff going above and beyond to be accommodating and professional. However, the front desk can sometimes be understaffed, potentially leading to short waits. The hotel offers good food and drinks, including a very good and reasonably priced egg bagel sandwich and excellent vegan options like a plant-based breakfast sandwich. The lobby features enjoyable games such as a pool table, Pac-Man, and corn hole. The location is ideal, situated in a nice, newer, thriving, and safe neighborhood close to the freeway. There is so much to do nearby, with many excellent food, bar, and drink options, as well as shoppes, all less than five minutes away. A hospital is also very close. Downtown Cleveland is an easy drive. The grounds and surrounding areas are perfect for walks. The hotel also has a very nice pool. Overall, it is a wonderful property highly recommended for accommodations in the area.
