“My real rating would 4.5 stars if i could
Pros:
Staff was very polite and helpful
Rooms are interesting(at least I thought so)
Beanbag is a interesting choice(I definitely didn't get stuck cause I'm too fat and old)
Locations is pretty good 30 mins airport and plenty of food options nearby 10 mins or less
Cons:
wifi not the greatest
Connections are solid but speeds are not great(IT is my business and why I was there)
Walls are pretty thin(which hey it's a hotel so not something unexpected)
The only real complaint
Is the HVAC was pretty loud and rattled nonstop anytime it was on
Woke me up on several occasions(and I get cranky with no sleep)
But all said I would stay again”

“After my first experience with another gym, I’m so glad we found this one. They truly excel at what they do! My 4-year-old daughter loves coming here and looks forward to her classes every week. The staff and instructors are wonderful, and they create such a positive environment for kids and families. Definitely a 5-star experience!”

Carl and his team catered our office Christmas party. It was a "smallish" event of 20 people. From making the initial inquiry, to orchestrating the details, to patiently and quickly answering my myriad of questions, they treated our event like it was the most important thing they had going. The day of the party, the man who delivered the food arrived exactly on time and set up was effortless. No detail was overlooked. Most importantly, the food was absolutely fabulous, including special meals Carl created for employees with dietary restrictions!!!! Everyone went back for seconds, always a good sign. It is nearly impossible to make everyone happy in a work environment, but Carl and the La Vera team did just that! A huge thank you for a wonderful party and for making me look good!!! :) Marge J.”

I emailed the box office and Stephanie responded quickly - she not only answered my questions, but had some great additional information for the day of the concert. The concert was fabulous and the music center is gorgeous!”

“We had our wedding at The Executive Event Center and it was absolutely perfect! The venue was so beautiful and the space worked out wonderfully for our celebration. Having the bridal and groom suites made everything so convenient and stress-free. Our event hosts, Chrissy and Cassandra, went above and beyond to make sure our day was unforgettable. “We celebrated our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding at The Club at Hillbrook this past weekend and are still basking in the glow. Hillbrook is the most gorgeous venue that we could ever have imagined with its Old World charm, terraces, rolling lawns and the impossibly beautiful teahouse garden where the marriage took place. We had cocktails on the lawn, dinner by candlelight on the terrace, and danced until midnight in the pavilion -- each area perfect in its own way. The wedding party spent the night in the suites upstairs -- and the bedrooms were also quite lovely. Gina Carlson was wonderful to work with. The staff was excellent -- and the food was delicious. Highest praise for Hillbrook!”

“Aniyah is a rising star. Friendly helpful and most importantly honest. Over tipped in cash she was upfront right away and made me aware. In this day and age a rarity. She will go far. Her sister also was very helpful even helped me carry out some leftovers to my car from my daughters party. Lots of fun to be had at adrenaline monkey. I highly recommend.”
“Very cool "Mardi Gras" celebration. Kurentovanje is the fun festival right before the lent season where the Kurents come and ring cow bells to scare away winter. My four year old loved the parade. It was not too crowded outside because it was still quite cold on this early March day. But he got a lot of attention and some candy, and we had a lot of laughs when one of the Kurents snuck up behind him. Very organized parade route and very easy to get a good spot. Inside was another story- the venue was packed! We sifted our way through the crowd to get a hot dog for my son and then some treats to take home with us. I would have loved to have stayed a little longer and visited some of the outside vendors, but the natives (i.e. my child) were getting restless. I can't wait to do this again next year!”
“I attended a mother's day brunch for an OES fundraiser. This venue was extremely hard to find. The signs outside are incorrect! BUT it was BEAUTIFUL inside! The food wonderful and beautifully presented. Great servers. And the manager I guess that's who he was was dressed in the brunch colors. Was very fun and accommodating towards the group. I was happy to have found it and didn't miss out.”

“Easy check in, I was upgraded to a junior suite, very pleasant greeting at the reception. My suite was impeccable, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Intercontinental Cleveland Clinic’s location is perfect as it’s attached to the clinic. Food at the Table 45 Restaurant is very good. Hotel’s staff are very friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience.
Rooms: My junior suite was spacious with a walk in shower and bath tub.
Nearby activities: Perfect location for business at Cleveland Clinic.
Safety: Very safe
Walkability: There is no need for car as it is attached to Cleveland Clinic facilities.
Food and drinks: Breakfast buffet is very good at North Side Cafe. The dinner menu is excellent at Table 45 Restaurant located on the ground floor.
Noteworthy details: Pleasant and professional staff.”
