“We were residents of building 4 for 2 years. Best place ever. Safe, secure, and clean. Repair service was always timely and neighbors were typically friendly. Our dog loved the space and dog park. Only reason we left was due to work changes, otherwise was in no rush to leave the complex.”

“I’m a resident here and my toilet and shower was not working back to back. James the maintenance man came out both times and fixed both my issues. He went above and beyond and replaced the items that were messing up so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He was really nice and thorough and explained everything perfectly! He’s definitely amazing at his job. I really enjoy living here at Willoughby Hills Towers!”

The leasing team was extremely hospitable and kind. They also have a house cleaner that is magnificent and ensured my place was spotless before I moved in. “I always recommend this building to all my colleagues and friends! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the management is so understanding and flexible! I have been living here for over 1.5 years and absolutely love it for many reasons! It’s very safe - there are 2 sets of doors that need to be unlocked before you are able to access the apartments and there’s always someone 24/7 at the front desk so it feels extra secure. The building is also very clean and super quiet. The gym, recreation/study room and outdoor patio are never crowded! They also host many free events to allow you to meet other residents in the building which is also really fun! For example, on Friday evenings they have wine, drinks, cheese and other foods which is such a great time! ☺️”

“.........UPDATE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED I'm giving them 2 stars until my security deposit is return. I moved out on January 31,23 and have yet to receive my deposit.i spoke to lady in the office (seems to not care about my concern about my deposit) said they have 45 days to return a deposit.state of ohio says 30days. If I don't receive my deposit by march 8,24 I will be filing a claim with the court.”

There’s great communication with the owner and Staff they are always in a the best disposition to help and resolve any issues as quick as they can. They are great! I’m Currently on my second year, and had a transfer for a new unit in less than 4 days thanks to Tierra. She helped us to pick the best apartment, with the paperwork we needed to do, and is always available for any questions or concerns. Thanks so Much!!”

I was curious to learn how often does the rent increase. or At least i should have asked what are the chances of it increasing. I think I will opt for a 1 bedroom if I am going to rent. I do have a preference for the vicinity, and a lower unit, because a unit on the first floor I will stay longer.”

“That's one of my part-time jobs W/ my client it's fair, I'm not going to say it's the bom!! cause it's not,,it's a low income building, I believe. & When I arrived there in the morning it is a small amount of people that hang out in the parking lot & outside of the building. When you park in the parking lot it is uneven it's like a downhill extremely wopsided ground,, so if you're visiting someone there be ready to climb a hill be ready to pull up or down the hill exercising your legs will really be tired, if you're not used to walking.”
