“I've enjoyed living at Terminal Tower. Access to the gym, in-unit laundry, and being able to walk to work have all been great perks.
I also want to give a shoutout to leasing manager Scott, who has been excellent with communication, especially helpful as I'm newer to the area. He even went above and beyond by traveling to a nearby apartment complex to help me track down a package that had been delivered incorrectly.
The one area of opportunity is the mail room. When I signed my lease, the previous leasing manager told me that all packages would be held in locked parcels and sorted carefully. Only larger packages tend to go into the parcels, while smaller deliveries are left on a package wall for residents to sort through themselves. I still feel that my packages are safe, but it's not the level of organization that was originally communicated.”
“With most luxury, newer-build apartments, they have very cheap appliances and, between tenants, completely overhaul the interiors. Here, the appliances feel high-quality and I rarely experience issues.
The amenities like the pool and public spaces are always kept clean, and I appreciate my fellow neighbors for helping maintaining them. One downside is limited invites to said areas, fixed to two guests per resident. I think maybe having 3-4 instead would be nicer.
The biggest difference in this apartment than others though is the amazing staff and the 24/7 concierge. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. I especially love the maintenance crew for being incredibly kind and affable. They're always so polite and full of smiles! Any requests for fixes are addressed the next day.”
“I've only been here for a few months and just over a year in Cleveland after having moved from California to be with family. The staff is very helpful, friendly and engaging. It is pet friendly, which I love having just adopted a new kitty. I also love that there is so much to do within walking distance and that I am still very close to friends and relatives.”

It's really cool living in the historic Garfield Building in a modern apartment. I am in walking distance to all major sporting events and have the convenience of garage parking right across the street.

“Can't say enough about this property - Clean and located right by both Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. Property Management Staff is professional and will exceed your expectations. Building is pet friendly and complementary dog walking!! Also has state-of-the-art fitness center... Always have free coffee in lobby and on-site shopping and restaurants!”
“I absolutely LOVE living here! Everyone is super helpful and caring about the issues I have brought up! The leasing agents are always willing to help me submit a maintenance ticket. Tina is a fantastic property manager! She is the best one I've had, and I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes and had 4 different property managers over the years. She was willing to help me when I had questions about charges on my account and explain some things to me when I didn't understand the rental special I had when I moved in last July. I would recommend the Bingham to anyone, and I will continue to go to Tina about any concerns should they arise!”

“I have enjoyed living here. I’m close to downtown Cleveland events and all public transit. My furnace went out a few months after I moved in and Crittenden/maintenance had it replaced quickly. When I moved in, Mary made it a great day with a smile and answered all my questions. I have felt safe living here.”
“Very cool ArBnB & They also have apartments for rent. It's in the old wearhouse district. So it is an old wearhouse that has been renovated for modern living. I really like the architecture with it's brick walls and open floor plans. Not to mention great views of downtown and lakes Erie. Also they open the roof during the airshow which is just an added perk.”

“Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.”
“Great location in the heart of the warehouse district and a view over the canal and Jacobs Pavilion. Easy walk to bars, coffee shops and Constantino's grocery store. Apartments were large an dhad unqiue character with brick and wood. In building gym was great too!”
“I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment, answering questions and filling an application by hand. But I was pleasantly surprised. On K&D website I was able to do everything online, uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement, both filled in and signed the application electronically, from the comfort of my home. It took about half an hour or so. Didn't tour an apartment yet but I have lived in K&D owned apartments before and I know for a fact that they take care of their apartment buildings. Beats me why everybody else will have you do all this in person. C'mon now, it's the 21st century, after all. Kudos to K&D! I totally enjoyed the procress of filling in an application online.”
“On multiple occasions, when we have gone to the front desk to report concerns, we have been spoken to rudely and, at times, asked to leave without any attempt to understand or resolve the issue. This approach is not acceptable, particularly when residents are seeking assistance for urgent or maintenance-related matters.”
“I lived here for two years and while there were a few bumps in the road when I first moved in I can confidently say it was a great place to live. My apartment was extremely spacious, maintenance and leasing managers would handle issues quickly and it is in a great location: 20 mins to downtown and a mile from Little Italy. Moving out was a breeze and I will miss this location! My only complaint was the trash bins, they often overflowed and some residents seemed to leave their trash on the fire escape regularly which is a hazard should an emergency occur but overall a great apartment for 2 years.”

“I lived in Uptown North for 2 years. Sure it may have some issues, but the management makes up for it. Carrie was an amazing property manager who was always available to help us with whatever we needed, so overall it was a great experience. Ratings are lower for Uptown compared to other apartments because they don't solicit fake reviews.”
“First thing I will say is this property 100% has been a circus since I have moved in. The second thing I will say is GHC has done the absolute right thing by making Ms. Lawanda Anderson the property manager. She has done an excellent job with fixing all the issues of this building. And when I say all, I mean all. She has been prompt, understanding, and very easy to work with. 10/10 I do recommend moving here now under the current management team…well because of her”

“I lived in this apartment complex for nearly three years. My work schedule is highly unpredictable, often requiring long hours. Fortunately, the management team was incredibly flexible and responsive to any concerns or maintenance issues that arose during my stay. The apartments themselves are generally very nice (I lived in multiple), and it’s an advantage to have your own garage, eliminating the hassle of finding parking in a busy college area. I highly recommend living here.”
