“Ohio Savings Bank ( NYCB) has been my bank since before I got out of high school, more than 40 years ago. Its name has changed over the years, but I still get the same friendly service at my local South Euclid branch. It has all the usual banking services - CDs, money market, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, etc. Nowadays, I do my banking online and there website handles everything I desire. However, if I need a notary or personal face-to-face attention, there are a many branches in NE Ohio.”

She went out of her way, while holding on an important phone call, to get this done for my elderly uncle and me.
