This is the ONLY chase branch in Cleveland area that can provide all the services and help you, i.e., large amount cashier cheques, wire transfers, foreign currency exchange or simple plain cash (esp in large amounts). Don’t bother with other branches!! (See my review of mayfield heights branch!!)

I’ve been banking with Chase Bank for 20 years now and will remain a loyal customer! Beachwood branch is my favorite! Jamie is awesome and all the professionals there have excellent customer service!
