“We bought our RV battery in South Carolina and it went out with three months left in the four-year warranty in Cleveland, Ohio. This was one of the expensive but very good RV batteries.. After verifying that the battery was defective and Verifying purchase in South Carolina they installed a new battery and I was back on my way in no time”

“I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”

“My drivers side wiper blade snapped off when I got home late from work. I called the O'Reilly store on Chardon Rd and was told they had the wipers for my car and would be open. When I arrived, Jerrell greeted me asking if I was the one who had called. He then changed out my wiper blades with efficiency and a friendly attitude. So impressed with my pleasant experience at that O'Reillys!”
