“Cameron was super helpful! While he was helping me match and install new batteries for my mobility scooter, he was friendly and helpful to all of the other customers too! He went out of his way for many of them, and showed a great amount of patience with others! I did not catch the other employee's name, but she was fantastic too. She checked everyone out and made sure they had all of the parts for scheduled repairs. Overall, I recommend this store because hood employees are so hard to find these days!”
“Bulldog is incredible, they're all you ever need for batteries, I've been going there for years. My budget for repairs was $180, I came in to replace a bad car battery, no appointment, they took care of the old one, sold me and installed a new one, even tossing in a two year warranty. The whole bill didn't even break a hundred bucks and I drove out of there within 20 minutes”
“Two window wipers at at a local car wash bombed out. I was able to retrieve the 2nd one today, trashed in traffic near my home.
After retrieving one, I realized I needed a company to help.
Nick at O'Rielly Auto Parts in Willoughby Hills was amazing!
He listened to my needs, researched the parts, and installed them on my winshield. High five for Nick!”
“I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”
“They were very helpful. Very very respectful and I had no problem in and out. I can't say enough about them. They were fantastic and they had some pretty good jokes too 🙂”
“I went in needing a new windshield washer blade.
Jeremiah had it on in no time and Nancy helped me find what I was looking for and gave me a great suggestion on my windshield washer fluid.
They were both great. Thankyou.”
“Walked in on Christmas Eve looking for an emergency kit for my 17 year old’s car. They were swift in finding me the perfect one. Matt the manager was extremely helpful in getting exactly what I was looking for.”
“Came here to get my battery tested after I had to get a jumpstart. Ended up needing a new battery. They were fast and efficient in both testing and installing the new battery.”

“We received wrong cabin filter from a competitor so decided to try O'Reilly for a cabin filter replacement. The gentlemen looked it up and had it on the shelf, perfect fit. This was quick and easy, should have stopped in here first!!!”
