Beyond rude, third chase bank today i talked to that had no banker. I called ahead with the number listed on google and they said they don’t know who I talked to and that is an old number. Poor customer service and communication skills

I’ve been banking with Chase Bank for 20 years now and will remain a loyal customer! Beachwood branch is my favorite! Jamie is awesome and all the professionals there have excellent customer service!
