“So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too.”

“Simply Fantastic...!I went to this local establishment a few months ago, due to an unfortunate flood, broken pipe in my hope that saturated nearly all of my clothing. I was in a real crisis mode to get my items cleaned and dried. I used the self-service equipment at this laundromat. I found the Equipment extremely clean and easy to use.The best part about the place is the people that work there. I am a man so using all of the equipment was rather new to me. The employees and management were very kind, inviting and helpful to my needs and walked me through all of the processes of getting the job done.I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness by the workers there. They do have other services which I have yet to use, however I am sure I will. I understand that they have a pick-up and drop off service that I will most likely use in the near future, due to my hectic work schedule.I see that they are the highest rated location here on Google. This does not surprise me in the least.I have been to a few places in the Cleveland area for getting my laundry done and this is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had.I would recommend Clean Slate as the very best in the Cleveland, Ohio area.I've noticed in these few months of using them that they have grown to be a much more busy local business. That normally would cause a drop in customer service and quality. This is simply not the case, They are keeping up extremely well, I'm not surprised in the least that their business has grown due to their level of service, cleanliness, and kindness.If I could, I would give them 10-Stars.Please keep up the good work, and thank you for being here for us.”

“This was my first time washing here and it was a good experience. I found this place on Google and I loved the fact that you can use coins or your credit/debit card to use the washer. I arrived close to the "last load" time and I didn't feel rushed to get my things washed and dried. Everyone was friendly, facility was clean, machines were easy to use even though I had to stand on my tip toes to put my detergent in the machine lol. No biggie. The free dry on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are very convenient. I will be returning!”

You can choose to do 30-90lbs of laundry and the washer and dryers work extremely fast and efficient. 25-30 minutes to wash up to 30LB of laundry cuts down time tremendously. Love the juxebox and the music that plays. The employees are extremely nice & professional. Overall great establishment.”

“First time here and the assistant is very nice and helpful. She has a very cheerful attitude and I like that. It’s kind of late so it’s not really crowded, which is also a plus cause I can get in and out. 3lb washer are $5.25 and the 2lbs are $4.25. You get 20 minutes free on the dryer side depending on how much you spend and how many loads if you get the loyalty card. Card doesn’t cost anything extra, you just load however much money you want on it.”

“Hey guys, I have been shopping at the cedar Center since I was a child! It has changed so much! For the better! I was discouraged when stores started closing down but they just rebuilt. I have been to the library, Gordon's, the Goodwill, pandas, the pet store, Bob Evans, whole foods, SVS vision, planet fitness, and Boston Market when it was there. It's surprising that I haven't really had any issues in any of those establishments. I love the Goodwill, Gordon's and SVS vision!! My main reasons for shopping at the Cedar Center. As long as I live in Cleveland I will always shop around there.”

“It was clean and not too crowded when I went. Not too expensive either. Only thing is you have to use their pay card for the free dry but it's on .25 cents for every 5 minutes for drying. Still would come again!”

“Very clean and plenty of washers were available. Coin only laundromat with free dry. The downside are the dryers. They are are only set for 7 minutes intervals and are not fast drying. You need at least 28 mins to dry a load, towels even longer.”

“Important : The dryers are FREE !!I haven't been to a laundromat for a few years and the prices seemed high ($4.50 a normal wash load, $10 for an extra large washer) until I realized the dryers were free! You just have to reset the dryers on their time every 20 minutes on high heat or every 10 minutes if on medium or low heat.I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this laundromat. SUPER clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, spacious, and a strict phone on silent policy ! Nice ! Appreciate you !!!”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”
