“So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too.”

“I have been going to Bil-Mar Cleaners for a few years and they always do an excellent job and are so nice. Their prices are great and they have gotten suits done for me very quickly when I needed them. I also had my wedding dress preserved by them which turned out amazing and it came back in a beautiful box with a window that I could see my dress through. The pricing was competitive and cheaper than davids bridal. I’ve had them repair buttons on coats as well and would use them for alterations any day. If you’re looking for your new cleaner, this is the place to go!”

“Simply Fantastic...!I went to this local establishment a few months ago, due to an unfortunate flood, broken pipe in my hope that saturated nearly all of my clothing. I was in a real crisis mode to get my items cleaned and dried. I used the self-service equipment at this laundromat. I found the Equipment extremely clean and easy to use.The best part about the place is the people that work there. I am a man so using all of the equipment was rather new to me. The employees and management were very kind, inviting and helpful to my needs and walked me through all of the processes of getting the job done.I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness by the workers there. They do have other services which I have yet to use, however I am sure I will. I understand that they have a pick-up and drop off service that I will most likely use in the near future, due to my hectic work schedule.I see that they are the highest rated location here on Google. This does not surprise me in the least.I have been to a few places in the Cleveland area for getting my laundry done and this is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had.I would recommend Clean Slate as the very best in the Cleveland, Ohio area.I've noticed in these few months of using them that they have grown to be a much more busy local business. That normally would cause a drop in customer service and quality. This is simply not the case, They are keeping up extremely well, I'm not surprised in the least that their business has grown due to their level of service, cleanliness, and kindness.If I could, I would give them 10-Stars.Please keep up the good work, and thank you for being here for us.”

“I love this place, i go here all the time and own a washer and dryer but for 30.00 i can knock out allll the clothes at one time in their super loader and awesome dryers. The only thing i can say is people with animals really ruin the dryers because my blankets came out smelling like dog piss !”

“I have been using this dry cleaner for my entire adult life . They have always provided excellent service. I strayed a few times and paid the price when another local cleaner ruined a pair of my pants. I learned 'you get what you pay for' on that one. Village may be slightly more $ but they are well worth it!”

“Hey guys, I have been shopping at the cedar Center since I was a child! It has changed so much! For the better! I was discouraged when stores started closing down but they just rebuilt. I have been to the library, Gordon's, the Goodwill, pandas, the pet store, Bob Evans, whole foods, SVS vision, planet fitness, and Boston Market when it was there. It's surprising that I haven't really had any issues in any of those establishments. I love the Goodwill, Gordon's and SVS vision!! My main reasons for shopping at the Cedar Center. As long as I live in Cleveland I will always shop around there.”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”

“This was first time in a laundromat in over 2 decades, so all I knew was I need quarters and detergent. Sandy the lady that works there is so friendly. I have a king size white comforter that would not fit in my washing machine. She helped me, I was so relieved. The entire time I was watching her wash clothes, fold clothing, hang clothing and she took pride in her job. So I asked her if she could wash my comforter the next time. She quoted me a great price, I didn't know they would do that for you . I will definitely be seeing her soon. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you.”
