The worst experience requesting warranty for my household appliance. It was damaged after only 2 months of use, but I had to pay for the Shipping & Handling according to their terrible customer service... they ask the same thing over and over again to deliberately delay the process.

I had a problem with a B&D toaster/oven, they had this company contact me and found I was covered. They had me cut the cord and send them a pic of the date code on it and a check to cover S&H for $7.50, then promptly UPS my replacement. All quick and easy and it just arrived, the day it was supposed to. Thanks, Jim

Pretty happy with customer service. They guide me through the steps necessary for them to replace my coffee maker that is under warranty. Just cut the cord, write down model and reference number, my name and email to Ohio. We will be waiting for a cup of coffee
