I thought we waited a little too long for service, with only two staff there, but once we were taken care of, the young man knew exactly what to do and was very professional at it.

This store has very rude employee’s that do not even acknowledge a customer when they walk in. I stood for 15 minutes waiting for The representative to acknowledge me but she was too busy talking about personal things not appropriate for a store front environment. You see people spend a lot of money on internet, television and cellular services but my experience with rude customer that directly represents Spectrum is enough to leave them for another provider. Maybe my chances of being treated worthy would be higher. Spectrum should not assume people will stay with poor customer service. Spectrum should reinvest in customer service training for associates to increase the probability of obtaining loyalty from current customers and possible new customers. I hope this review bring attention to the issue with this store’s reputation and I hope someone in charge care enough to rectify the rude behaviors from the staff. I will never ever go to this location again.

This is a huge place. And when I arrive driving very far to get here. I was very tired by the time I found the location. That wasn't greeted right away but that was okay. I didn't really feel like I was helped as much as I could have been. I think people don't really want to help seniors that much. I did finally after about an hour. Quincy helped me and told me what I needed to do when I got home to set up my phone.( PS I was up until 12) This did not make me feel better. But at least I finally got questions answered. I have a lot more to say but I'm just let it be all right for now but I can tell I'm still upset about my experience at this location. Do not expect a lot of special treatment. IT doesn't match the area. ( High end it's Beachwood!) I also think Spectrum should not recommend people to go to the store for help , Also they need to tell you what to expect. .. 1 charge both your phones fully!! GO to your old Carrier to get your transfer code !!!!!!!!!!!! 3. The charger cord at this facility are extremely shorter! Bring your own stuff. 4. Bring a ? or a techie kid with you who is willing to cut your learning time.

I would give a ZERO -0 if I could. We thought we were getting a deal. Old saying you get what you pay for is so true when it comes to spectrum. Customer service will tell you anything to get a sales. They told us that we would need a roku, to make it cheaper, otherwise you will have to pay more for there cable box. So they are using another company equipment and making a profit on them. You are unable to record any programs that you would want to watch. Also, you will need your TV remote to turn it off and on and for the volume. The person who installed the equipment was really good. But I wish the customer service was truthful in dealing with the purchase of their services. I wish we had the old TV = the companies now a day would try sell you crap and tell you its good for you and lie about it. Hey Roku does Spectrum pay you for using your equipment since you change a monthly fee and then they do too?Do not use spectrum (as known as deception) in book.

The worst customer service ever!!! The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude and was so rude, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her! Don't work as a customer service rep if you don't want to help anyone! The other spectrum worker was sitting down doing nothing while 7 other people including myself were waiting to speak with someone. Definitely canceling spectrum. Don't use this service location!

Staff has very poor knowledge and surprise you at the end with total and cannot solve the problem. Say one thing in the beginning and end up in very high prices. Watch out

Customer service at the location that I went to was excellent and I was watching sports center until I was waiting on looked at a couple of the phones too

If I could tag this a zero star review I would do so. Spectrum's equipment sucks and routinely has to be replaced. I went to the store in Mentor for a simple equipment exchange and ended up having to wait an hour. They had 4 people working with customers but two of them were with the same customers the entire time we were there. The Spectrum employees were chatting and wasting time while 6-7 people waited. To top it off it turned out that it wasn't an equipment issue but a bad signal from the cable and how I have to waste even more time on the phone to schedule a tech. They are absolutely the worst.

So far so good as far as the cell reception and cell service but I went in a few days ago and ordered a specific phone, and the representative ordered the wrong phone after I made very clear on which phone I wanted. This has happened to me twice in my dealings with spectrum in general.
