When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Jordan. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely efficient. He transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. The setup mirrors my old phone. They know what they're doing at this Verizon Store!

Had to have my new Apple 15 pro max activated at Verizon. Sales Representative
Logan was absolutely awesome. Verizon technical technicians were not able to make a successful activation after over an hour. Logan continued to try to activate the my phone, so thankful he didn’t give up finally he got it done!!! Wonderful customer service. Thank you Logan!!!!

Logan was super dope. I came in 5/31/24 at 10:30am and Logan was able to prioritize all the customer’s needs without missing a beat. There were 5 customers in the store and Logan was able to provide great customer service, move efficiently and propel everything along & the customer’s with awesome sauce! Thanks Logan

Amazing, outstanding, quality service . My experience was with Logan and when I say he is a VZ God, That’s an understatement . He sought multiple requests from multiple customers including myself and made timely decisions to produce the most quality results for everyone . 10/10 Product knowledge and ability to be direct with customer needs.

I went in to see about a repair for a broken screen and Trevor and Logan took good care of me and actually I ended up getting a new phone for probably less than it would have cost me to repair the screen.

My husband and I visited this store to replace my very damaged phone. Our saleswoman Mikayla was very helpful in updating our current plan she even found us coupons and discount codes to help save us a few extra dollars. Mikayla was professional and very knowledgeably she was able to answer questions that we asked which felt great. all in all we will definitely refer our friends and family. After trying multiple times to recover my Gmail account I finally went to the Verizon store on chargrin (24315 Chagrin) in Beachwood to get help. Boy am I glad I did. Milhaua was so kind and was able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes. Great store. Great employee. Thanks so much to her and the store.
