Solid experience upgrading my phone here. Besides waiting a bit because I didn't set an appointment ahead of time, the staff was very informative and helpful.

Walked in to combine husband and wife's Verizon account into one account and upgrade phones. After 1 hour of waiting, the employee came back with our "deal" which added $150 over the base Ultimate package (so $300 per month). He had added a ton of extras we never asked for and to remove each one took another 10 minutes. Finally we gave up and left with no phones and no account combination. Ten minutes after entering the Apple Store up the street, we left with two new iPhones and the account combined. Why can't a Verizon store do this???

I'm going to give them 4 stars only because I had to wait 2 days for my online order to be processed for pickup. So I had to make two trips to store for pickup. I felt that someone should have been taking care of the online orders since I didn't need to be shown how to operate my phone. Or set it up. I only needed to receive it.

Why is it impossible to get ahold of this store? I have been trying to reach this store for days to discuss a transaction that occurred in February 2023 that is now causing issues. Not even Verizon customer service can reach the store!

Tyler at this location is a God send. His attentiveness and customer care are well above any service that I have ever recieved from a Verizon employee in over 25 years. He dealt with the lack of customer care and incompetence of his team on the corporate level for almost 2 hours. He called me as promised with resolution of a problem that I have been dealing with for 2 months. I highly recommend dealing with Tyler for a new purchase or any type of issue.

The sales reps at the Pinecrest location are deceitful. I have a business account and 2 of us on the account needed new phones. We were told if we added another line to our account we would lower our monthly fees. We questioned this and were assured that there is no cost to adding another line and that it would save us money. When I finally saw my bill I found a $40 monthly charge for this line. When I called to complain the supervisor told me that not only were they charging me a monthly fee, but in addition they were charging me for another Iphone which I did not order or receive. I was also told I was entitled to a promotion of 50% off of a new apple watch, later to find out they were charging me full price for the watch plus a fee for service. They are liars!I plan to change my phone service to a more reputable company.

I brought my LTE pixel watch in for a line share, unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved, no fault of the staff as it was a hardware issue, and the tech really tried hard to rectify the issue. Why I didn't go 5 stars is because the tech I was working with told me she would contact me with an update that I never got, I was able to somewhat get my watch up and running through the hard work the tech at the mentor store, whom I would easily give 5 plus stars

0 starsI'm currently in the store and have Ben waiting for 20 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence and I can barely get someone to keep eye contact long enough to say something.No kiosk to check in but the other lady that is here apparently was approached and checked in. The store is NOT busy - 2 customers, 3 employees, 2 more of us waiting.

Why can't I use my Verizon gift cards at this store? They accepted the gift card when I added a line, but they won't let me use a gift card to purchase a phone. I was told if I purchase a phone with the gift cards I would have to pay the money back. What can I use the gift cards for and why did they send them to me if I can't use them?

I signed up for service on the 800 number and my phones were activated at this store. The customer service rep lied and told me the activation fee would be $35. I later found out the activation fee was really $137 and my bill is over $200 more than what she told me.They don’t disclose their fees until they bill you and that’s not right. How can they charge you $550 for 1 month of service?

Planning on switching phone carriers soon. Extremely knowledgeable staff members. The team member who was helping me wasn't able to fully answer my questions so she called another associate who was on vacation. He was very pleasant with the situation.

My worst experience with a Verizon store. The transfer from my old phone to my new phone was a disaster. They used my old Sim card which was damaged. I could not receive SMS from Apple users and then no phone calls in or out.Even though Verizon's guidelines are very clear, none of the staff wore a mask.
