Customers have had excellent experiences shopping at Williams-Sonoma, with staff members like Francy, Frannie, and Joanna providing great customer service - they were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help and advise. However, there was one instance where the packaging and presentation of an online order was disappointing, as the items were received in a plain cardboard box with stickers and tape, which is not what one would expect from Williams-Sonoma.
Greeted when io came into store. Asked if I needed help while in the store. Had a conversation with the cashier when checking out. Store was clean and organized.

We had a great experience shopping at the Beachwood location. Frannie was so friendly and extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and went out of her way to show us things to consider. We made several purchases and look forward to returning.
